OK - THROWING OUT ALL DIGITAL WATCHDOG PRODUCTS

I cant understand how a company can fail to respond to emails telling them the app functions (after disastrous upgrade & then reverting to the old app) still doesnt work as described. Customer service must think Im an idiot - I own several systems - DW - the only system that has issues. So… I am throwing out this system and will NEVER purchase from DW. Even my Harbor Freight $230 system (after tweaking in an upgraded software) is reliable with NO problems.
