DW VMAX App Reviews

App was working fine until most recent update. Now it is rendered useless. All devices got deleted and can not add any back. Please fix bug or revert back to previous version.

Why did you mess this up. I had several devices saved now they are all gone. And when I enter them they dont stay.

Since the update our devices have been deleted and we are no longer able to access our devices on our iPhone. App will not let us re-add our devices either. Very frustrating. Hope they have a quick fix.

Please delete this update from the App Store and put previous version. Cant view my cameras or add my devices back.

The update killed the app. Please fix it. And-- Dear Apple, If the user name is already taken, dont erase my review just so I can attempt to find another unique name and re-enter the same review again - and discover that my second choice was taken. Hopefully PissedOffCustomer696969696969 is not already taken.

Most will have already updated if they are reading this unfortunately. I have automatic updating and so do most of my clients and my phone hasnt stopped ringing from upset clients today. I cant believe they would put out an update that just plainly DOES NOT WORK! What a joke. I hope they are frantically working on the fix today!

Im a installer/technician and my phone started to blow up this morning. It appears that DWD had a update July 1 2015. And most all my clients lost their site info. Myself included having multiple sites and trying to rebuild the information and password Etc. My time and money spent. Im thru with digital watchdog between the long hold times for tech support and the DNS service not working. And this was not the first time this happened. Really!!

Do not update to the new release yet. It is broken.

Anger is my only words. I manage over 30 sites for only one of my clients and this app has just crippled that.

Get your stuff together guys, this is embarrassing. Wiped my settings and wont let me reinstall them.

This update is a disaster. Did you hire the ObamaCare web designers to build it? Roll back to the previous version please until you can at least hire some monkeys. People rely on this to help operate, protect, and monitor their investments and valued human resources. Ill be replacing my DW ASAP. Better off with nanny cams.

Latest update broke the app and now I cant monitor my cameras over the holiday weekend. Please fix!

Nothing works!! Now I cant see anything! This upgrade is total junk!

The updated just took this app into the toilet. I mean come one man, dont you test your stuff first!!! Get it fixed!!! Dont update this app if yours is working.

I just upgraded to 3.5.9 and what was an incredibly mediocre/frustrating but usable app before the upgrade suddenly became wasted bytes on my iPhone. Devices dont show up in the device list and they cant be added. Way to test your product before releasing it DW! Especially comforting for a security company...Im glad my life or safety dont rely on this app. Oh, wait, it could. PLEASE FIX THIS!

The app was already fine. Now with this so called update, it no longer is works. My customers have already started calling me. FIX IT!

Customers depend on this app and couple days without it can hurt, so if its not broken dont fix it please and thank you!

Again??? The company makes updates and then the app doesnt work anymore. This is becoming a joke. REALLY bad.

After one week of not being able to view the live feed and any functions within the app. Which to me was truly unbelievable and that a company such as yours, allowed this to happen. I downloaded the new update and now the settings icon doesnt have any information in it at all. WOW!!!!!

Okay. A relief to have remote access using our iPads once again. Uninstalled previous update that would not allow you to save site information. Installed July 9, 2015 release version and we are back up!
